Terms of Use

These terms cover use of welldev.tech and general conditions for studio work. Project-specific details (scope, price, timeline) are agreed separately before work starts.

The site

Content on this site is for information about welldev services. We may update copy, examples, and pricing guidance at any time. Nothing on the site is a binding offer until we confirm a project in writing.

Projects

Each engagement is scoped before work begins. You receive a clear description of deliverables and a price. Work starts after that agreement. Changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate.

Your content

You are responsible for materials you provide (text, images, logos, brand assets) and for having the rights to use them. You grant us permission to use those materials solely to complete the project.

Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed, you own the final deliverables after full payment. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

Payment

Payment terms are set per project. Work may pause if invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed period.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, welldev is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from project work. Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
